Bidding Over the Phone
If you plan to bid over the phone, please fill out a request form, and email it to us. The request form is really the Absentee Bidder Form, you just have to mark the word “PHONE” in place of the bid. Do not forget to include the phone number where we can reach you at the time of the auction.

Once you are approved for phone bidding, we will try to call you a couple of minutes before the lots you are interested in come up for bid.
Live Bidding Over the Internet
You can also take part in live bidding through the Internet. We utilize the LiveAuctioneers and Bid Spirit bidding platforms. Online bidders must register with LiveAuctioneers or Bid Spirit, and get approved for online bidding by Red Bird Auction. If you plan to bid online, please sign up before the auction starts – we may not be able to approve you once the auction had begun.

Paying For Your Purchases
All payments must be made in US Dollars by cash, check, bank transfer (domestic or international), or money order.
Checks should be made payable to Red Bird Auction LLC. We may hold items paid by check from buyers unknown to us until the check clears. Our mailing address is Red Bird Auction LLC, 13-41 Burbank street, Fair Lawn NJ 07410 USA.
Credit cards and PayPal payments can only be accepted by special arrangement; please contact us in advance if you are planning to pay with the credit card.
Wire transfers: Instructions will be sent with your invoice. If you have any questions before the auction, please contact us
Method 1: (Recommended)
Download and fill out the Absentee Bidder form, then email it back to us.
Download and print ABSENTEE/PHONE BID FORM (if you do not have Adobe Acrobat reader, please install it first)
After filling out the form, please email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you prefer traditional mail, our address is on the form.
Once you are approved for bidding, your bids will be executed during the auction at an increment over the next highest bid, not to exceed the maximum bid you had specified.
Leave the absentee bids through the LiveAuctioneers website
Important: when successful, bids posted through the LiveAuctioneers are subject to the buyer premium posted on the LiveAuctioneers site.
